This page outlines the services I provide, and the promises I make to my customers.

Postage

At the moment, I only ship within the UK.

International shipping coming soon.

All books are posted with Royal Mail, tracked 48-hour service. I don’t use cheaper postal companies as they cannot guarantee postage.

Books are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap and a cardboard box. I am working on using all recyclable materials and more eco-friendly postage.

I post all orders within three days.

Refunds

I offer refunds within the UK. Please read the book’s description carefully, including any faults, before purchasing. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me.

Free Postage

I offer free postage for orders over £35.

Posting bulk orders is more affordable and environmentally friendly than sending single books. I hope the bulk postage offer helps both me and customers save money.
